The basic functions of the elevator are equipped, in order to meet the needs of customers in all directions, they are purchased according to the actual needs of customers.
“ Safety first ”
1、 Automatic operation on fault :
When elevator malfunction is detected, the system provides safety landing at slow speed to the nearest floor or returns to homing floor and keeps the door open for evacuation.
2、 Door Obstacle Protection :
In addition to the current overload protection, the elevator door detects obstacles when closing. After several door closing attempts the elevator shuts down and goes into standby mode to avoid damages.
3、 Car Homing :
When elevator served its last floor, it automatically parks at its predefined floor (generally the ground floor).
In the case of multiple elevators, car homing can be used for better traffic efficiency.
4、 Reverse direction call cancellation :
The system automatically cancels the reverse direction calls once the elevator reaches the top or bottom floor to prevent unnecessary trip.
5、 Automatic door time :
The system selects pre-set door open time based on which call stop or destined floor to optimize traffic flow efficiency.
6、 Hall station push-button stuck-in protection :
Elevator is capable of detecting the events of push button switch stuck in the panel unable to return to its normal position. The system would ignore the call and continues to operate as normal. Generally, it is associated with constant electrical contact condition. The elevator returns to its normal operation when the stuck-in issue is cleared.
7、 Next floor landing :
When the elevator arrives to the destined floor called by the passenger in the car and detects the hall door failed to open, the elevator would travel to the next floor call to prevent trapping the passengers.
8、 Energy Saving :
When the elevator is in standby mode, lighting systems and ventilation fans are automatically switched off for energy saving.
9、 Infrared Door Safety Edge Protection :
In addition to door obstacle detection, the door is equipped with light curtain sensor. When passengers or objects at the door way is detected, the door retracts and stay open.
10、 Overload protection :
The overload detection device sets off the buzzer when loading weight goes higher than predefined threshold. The system remains still and keeps the door open until threshold condition is met the elevator would return to its normal operation.
11、 Play-proof capability :
The system is equipped with a stepless weighting sensor to determine the number of passengers. When too many operating commands are registered, the system cancels all commands to prevent unnecessary operations.
12、 Emergency lighting & Interphone :
Emergency lighting gets turned on when power cut event occurs. Interphone can be used to contact for emergency.。
13、 False call cancellation :
Passengers can cancel false calls when accidentally press the wrong floor button by pressing the same button twice.
14、 Parking bell :
Bell sound can be disabled with scheduling. This is particularly useful for night time noise free residential areas.
15、 Security Patrolling Stops :
If scheduled and enabled, elevator can take the passenger first to the predefined floor. After the door opens and closes, it takes the passenger to the requested floor. This function is useful for night safety application.
16、 16 x 24 pixels LED Display :
The display is useful for displaying elevator service messages at the elevator lobby. Messages such as out of service, maintenance, capacity overload, and other special usage.
17、 Brake performance self-test :
The brake performance self-test can be scheduled. The system performs break self-test during standby mode. If poor performance is identified, the system would put elevator into fault mode and stop the lift service to ensure passenger safety.
18、 Door system short circuit detection :
Each time the door operates, the control system checks for door lock status and short circuit conditions caused by high humidity weather conditions to prevent incidents.
19、 Floor levelling auto-correction :
The system checks the position indicator during the approach to the floor for a stop. It corrects the deceleration speed if an incorrect indication is sensed to prevent landing misalignment. The system checks two information sources –elevator velocity sensor (pulse sensor) and floor detection switch, to determine accuracy and corrects itself if deviated. This auto-correction mechanism avoids auto levelling time wast while maintain parking accuracy at all time.
20、 Extending door time :
The keypad hold button, when pressed, can hold the door open longer than normal. It is useful for loading and unloading the lift.
21、 Power outage emergency landing device : (Optional for 8 passenger cars)
Emergency backup power UPS takes over when power failure occurs allowing the car to move at slow speed to the nearest floor for passengers to evacuate. When elevator remains idle, it automatically goes into standby mode until power is restored and back to its normal operation mode.
22、 Access card : (Optional)
Access control interface increases security in the building that only allows those passengers with access cards to use the elevator.
