Elevator use－ safety knowledge

In the city with many buildings, we have to face the elevator every day, how to correct

“Using the elevator can give us more peace of mind.”

Please be aware of your hands when the elevator door opens/closes.

Please do not play in the elevator or misuse the elevator buttons.


  •      Do not jump or shake in the car when taking the elevator, so as to avoid starting the safety device and causing the elevator to stop during running.
  •      Infants must be accompanied by adults when taking the elevator.
  •      Do not play or play in the carriage or on the board.


Please do not smoke, damage the buttons, and allow pets to urinate in the elevator.

n the event of fire, flood or earthquake, please stop elevator at the nearest floor and get out immediately.

  •      Smoking is prohibited in the car.
  •      Do not lean on the door of the car when taking the elevator, so as to avoid accidents caused by clothes or items being caught by the door.
  •      Do not throw garbage, cigarette butts, etc. into the door sill groove.
  •      Do not use elevators as evacuation tools during earthquakes and fires.
  •      During an earthquake：
    •                 It is absolutely forbidden to use the elevator to escape.
    •                 In the event of an earthquake in the car, please press the nearest floor button immediately, leave the elevator as soon as possible, and use the safety
                         ladder instead.
    •                 In the event of an earthquake, after confirming that there are no passengers in the elevator, immediately cut off the power and stop running.
    •                 After an earthquake of magnitude 4 or above occurs, it must be checked by professional technicians before it can be used.
    •                 ※It is recommended to install an earthquake sensor, which can quickly stop the elevator to the nearest floor when an earthquake occurs.

  •      In case of fire：
    •                 It is absolutely forbidden to use the elevator to escape in the event of a fire.
    •                 When there is a fire in the car, please press the button of the nearest safest floor immediately to leave the elevator as soon as possible and use the safety
                          ladder instead.
    •                 In the event of a fire, after confirming that there are no passengers in the elevator, immediately cut off the power and stop the operation.
    •                 After the fire, please contact the operator immediately to check and confirm its safety.
    •                 ※It is recommended to add an emergency recall device, which can quickly return the elevator to the evacuation floor when a fire occurs.

  •      Fault homing system(additional price option)：When the computer system detects a fault signal, it will park the car on the nearest floor and open the
                     door without safety concerns.

Please do not overload the elevator. If the overload alarm sounds, passengers please step out of the elevator until the alarm ceases.

f you are stuck in the elevator, please contact security or maintenance company. using the intercom or other communication device provided in the elevator

  •      During a power outage：
    •                 When there is a power failure in the car, the power failure lighting will turn on immediately. Please press the call button on the car control panel to notify                      the administrator and wait for rescue.
    •                 Under normal conditions, the air in the elevator tunnel is sufficient, and there is no danger of suffocation due to lack of oxygen. Please do not attempt to
    •                    open the door or ceiling by yourself to avoid accidents.
    •                 When the elevator calls again after power failure, press the button of the destination floor again to automatically resume normal operation.

The elevator is ventilated. Please stay calm and await rescue.

To avoid any accident or fall, please do not attempt to force open the elevator door.

  •      When a passenger is confined in a car：
    •                 Please keep calm and press the call button on the operation panel of the carriage to immediately report to the elevator service center to send someone                         to deal with it.
    •                 Please wait patiently for the elevator service personnel to rescue you.
    •                 Under normal conditions, the air volume in the elevator tunnel is sufficient, and there is no danger of suffocation due to lack of oxygen. Do not attempt to                     open the door or ceiling by yourself to avoid accidents.
    •                 If there are no other factors (fire, earthquake, power failure, etc.) when taking the elevator and the operation stops instantaneously and cannot continue to
    •                    operate normally, please press the call button on the operation panel of the car to notify the management personnel to report for repair, and please                             outline the fault situation. Description, which will be forwarded to the service center for reference by the management personnel so that the maintenance                      personnel can shorten the troubleshooting time.
    •                 The rescue handling when the elevator is closed is a professional operation. Those who do not understand the handling process should not try it rashly to                     avoid danger!
